Hi, I'm an older full-time student with a sweet, happy 4 year old boy who is a full-time student as well. He will share a room with me. I'm very easy going, quiet and respectful. We're very active so we'll be out most of the weekend. I'm mainly hoping for a washer and dryer. I don't care about gender, orientation, age, or nationality as long as you're easy to get along with too.
