Hello, I am Sarah. I am a working student who volunteers, so I will be out a lot. I attend TCC pursuing a BAS in HR. I work a full time job at a restaurant. I go to church (Episcopal), volunteer for my Honor Society and school. I am 23 years old, 24 in August. I am a transgender woman, male at birth. Prefer female, nonbinary, or transgender men or women roomates. I like to keep my areas clean and neat. I am willing to help with household chores and be good company. I do not smoke and seldom drink. I do not have any pets but I am pet-friendly. I do not expect many guests except for the occasional friend or family member. I will clearly communicate whomever is visiting and when. My income fluctuates a lot but I make anywhere from 1.1-2.2k a month. I am willing to pay rent up to $700/month.
