Hello, Seeking a room in an apartment in safe neighborhood, prefer, laundry in building. I plan to work a lot outside the apartment. Prefer to room with female or mixed apartment (M/F). I can fly up and look at apts. I also have a friend there who would check it out for me too. Planning to move in May 1-Aug 31 with only luggage. Possibly staying longer, although, I would let you know by 31 July. Manhattan only. I will be working downtown during the days and midtown at night.
