Looking for a room to sublet!

Hi! My name is Michele, and I'm looking for a place to sublet through August. I am currently working as a part-time barista and tutor and looking for full-time work in the entertainment industry. I'd love to live in West Hollywood but am open to other locations. Due to employment and economic restraints, I seek a month-to-month or maximum 3-month lease. Furnishings, utilities and guaranteed parking must be included in the $1600.

I am great at keeping public areas clean and organized. I am up for adventure and fun, am friendly, and love to meet new people. I am a night owl, and I am often either coming in late from an event or staying up late reading or watching TV. Despite that, I always prioritize comfort, mental health, and my alone time.
