F/Working Professional Looking for Room

Hi! I’m looking for an unfurnished private room and private bathroom within 25 mins of Mission Valley to rent. I work full time, 5 days a week out of the house and usually do not come home until 9pm or later because of work.

My ESA dog turns 11 next month and he’s , 20lb, well behaved with legit doctor’s paperwork. He loves cuddles and other small/medium sized dogs with a mild temper. No cats. Roommate(s) must be okay with him as he does make himself comfy on a couch if he sees one and loves naps and sunbathing.

Looking for a place in a safe area with secured entry preferred, laundry on property, and assigned, non-tandem parking. My hours vary frequently, so this is a must. No smoking (420 included) or any drugs, no bringing the party home as I have a job in security and need my home environment to be drama free and peaceful. Would love to hang out and spend time with my roommate(s) but cool with just being housemates too. love film and tv, checking out new restaurants/bars, concerts, traveling, farmers markets and taking my pup on new adventures.
