Retired Airforce Veteran Seeking Private Room/Bath

Hello,

My name is Martin and I'm a semi-active retired Airforce Veteran seeking a furnished, reliable, safe and long-term room rental arrangement. I'm an easy going, single retired senior man with no pets, I do not smoke , drink, or do drugs and I am drama free.

I’m looking for a room that’s readily available to move into within the 30-60 days.

I am searching for a furnished, private room/bathroom to rent preferably in the Centennial Hills, Sun City Summerlin/Summerlin area, so I can be close to my daughter. I am quiet, clean, respectful, alcohol/drug free, and drama free.

I can pay up to $650 per month. I receive a guaranteed SS check every month. Paying the rent on time every month will never be an issue. I am responsible and always pay my bills on time.

Below are my preferences:

1.) Furnished Master Bedroom/Private single room w/private bathroom. I am not interested in sharing a bathroom with another person, so a private bathroom is an absolute must.

2.) I prefer to live with only ONE other person in the home preferably around my age. Male or female, doesn't matter to me. If you are seeking the same type of arrangement, I might be the ideal roommate for you.

3.) Parking is a necessity. I have a 03 Cadillac SRX and need room for parking. Garage parking preferred if possible but street parking is ok.

4.) A long-term month to month arrangement would be ideal but open to discuss. I feel in order to establish comfort and contentment, to consider a 30 day trial period to determine if the arrangement is going to work for the both of us. I’m an old man now and if there’s one thing I’ve learned in my life, is that sometimes things don’t always work out as planned.

5.) Washer/Dryer inside the home is a must.

6.) Access to the general areas of the home. Living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, backyard, patio, usage of amenities (if any)

7.) I have a grown daughter and would like for her to be able to come visit me every once in awhile.

8.) If you have visitors over constantly/spending the night or have a party type of lifestyle, unfortunately it will not work for me. I’m seeking a private, quiet drama free and calm environment.

Other than my preferences listed above, I am easy going, quiet, and keep to myself for the most part but every once in awhile I like to get out and enjoy a nice lunch/dinner with my daughter, listen to music, read or hang out by the pool.
