Momma but no drama

Hi there!

I am a 32 y. o smom looking for a one- to three- month rental for February/March.
My kiddo is 3.5, attends preschool, and is well-behaved. We just want to bro down while I navigate a new chapter, and I have references from prior landlords and employers demonstrating that I am a trustworthy, chill, and reliable person to have around :)
I went to Bard College and got a Bachelor's Degree in Studio Art. I came to San Diego in 2017 as I began dating a longtime friend, who studied to become a doctor. That didn't last forever, but we both got a great souvenir in the form of our lovely daughter.

I have worked at high-end cafes, art galleries, and most recently, one of the museums in San Diego. I am interested in Substitute Teaching, and have a certificate I am ready to use once my routine is set!

I live in OB currently and am looking for a place to rent for a month or two with my preschooler. We would be spending lots of time at my boyfriend's house, while we get it ready for her to live THERE with me full-time.
