Hi! I am moving to NY soon and I am looking for a place that is close to my job. I am a really chill guy, I like music, I play guitar but I will be sure not to make any noise while people are asleep or working from home. I'm really easy to get along with, I'm very "go with the flow". I would like something furnished but it's not a total dealbreaker for me. Since I am working in Springfield Gardens and I won't be bringing my car, I am looking for something close to a bus stop or something that would even be walking distance to my job.
I hope whoever I live with is a nice person, someone who could potentially become a friend and if not, then at least someone who will be civil and who will be as clean as me when it comes to maintaining our living space.
