looking for furnished private 1 bed/bath room (bed, work desk and chair) commutable to New York city thru piblic transportation around March end - April end 2024 and I work on hybrid work schedule from 8AM to 4PM. About Me: I enjoy the occasional hang out with friends but respect each others space and I travel a bit. Prefer folks who takes personal hygiene and cleanliness as priority but Im not an OCD though. No drug addicts or drunkards please. Occasional drinking is good. I cook/eat poultry, veg, lamb, goat, seafood. I do not like cooking beef, pork or ham at my place as I cannot withstand its smell.
