European professional seeking a relaxed home

Hi! My name is Gilles, a European professional relocating to Las Vegas in early March for work.

I’m originally from Belgium and have lived in the U. S. before (CA, Newport Beach), so I’m very comfortable with shared living and understand how important respect, cleanliness, and good communication are in a home.

I’ll be working full-time and keep a fairly active but balanced lifestyle; gym, work, outdoors, and the occasional social night while still valuing a calm, comfortable place to come home to. I’m tidy, non-smoking, and easy to live with.

I’m ideally looking for a private room (furnished or unfurnished) in a shared home with like-minded people, where the living dynamic feels natural and respectful for everyone.
