I’m in need of an apartment in New York City, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, or Jersey (Hoboken, Jersey city) that is available for immediate move in. My preferences are flexible due to the need for an apartment with both month-to-month & asap availability.
I would Like to rent a 1bed/1bath/studio apt or a room with a private bathroom in a shared apartment. I am open to co-living with others who have needs syncopated with my own.
Things I look for in an apartment(private or shared): located in luxury building or well maintained townhouse, spacious layout, natural light, terrace, city/street/river views, washer/dryer in unit, unique additions like rooftop or garden.
note: These preferences are just that, I am open to all types of spaces with or without amenities.

Apt and roommate/roomates must be clean. If space is shared, a private bedroom is necessary and private bathroom preferred.
What I look for in a potential roommate: You do You. Vibes are everything. If you’re generally a nice person, easygoing, clean, don’t bring the party home every night then we will probs be cool. I have No preference of things like Age, gender, occupation or personal interests of a roommate.
I ask that you be responsible for the energy you bring, I do the same.
What you can expect from me: I am a New Yorker. I stay busy, conducting most personal & professional activities outside of the apartment, So I use my at Home time for R&R. You can expect me to be working remotely and quiet at home but always open to chat/chill a bit if you need. I am a Female, artist.
Longer term Goal: My hope is to find a place that has the potential to be a home-away where I can come to when I am in the U. S. between trips and traveling. I expect to be in and out of NYC a lot in 2025.
Please feel free to reach out if you have a room or apartment available that you feel would be a good match *even if it doesn’t meet all of my preferences. I am open to exploring a variety of options beyond my usual niche.

Note: I have a Cat who lives and sometimes travels with me. He is an ESA and has been trained, for that purpose. Very sweet deli cat type, gets along with other pets. He will likely be staying with his foster mom, but Also depending on the situation might be staying with me.
