Neat/tidy mature lady

My husband died December 5, 2023.

So, I need a room to rent. A nice, clean, quiet room with a lock in the door.

Ideally, it would be, a furnished or semi-furnished room with a television in my room, WiFi, a private bathroom or a very very tidy share-mate on the banos. However, that's ideally, so I'll take what you have to offer, if you find me worthy.

I have early macular degeneration. Diagnosis confirmed by the second opinion, though I can see fairly well and get around now. I can't see the future. I no longer drive, at all.

My source of income is a small, though healthy enough, social security income, and my work from home:

8. Writing
