Hi! I'm searching for a room with female or coed roommates in central or southeast San Diego (close to the 94). I want to move by the first of June or last week of May.

- I have rental history, a roommate reference, and a good 700+ credit score.

- I'm seeking an unfurnished room in southeast San Diego, near the 94. I can rent short time for the summer or long term. The complex where I've lived for two years has multiple structure and sewage/flooding issues so I need to move.

Also, I miss having roommates to chat with after work or hang out with on weekends

- NO smoking/vaping allowed inside or on the property.

- NO indoor pets due to my allergies. Outdoor pets are great. I love cats and dogs.

- I would love space to grow veggies.

- I work in nonprofit fundraising and am considering returning to school. My preferred rent is $1,000-$1,200.
