Own house upstate, telecommute from home ~ half the time. Basically, just need a place to sleep in NYC 4-8 nights a month.
Ideally I would love an apartment in Hunters Point, Long Island City, Greenpoint, or Sunnyside. Open to other nearby areas if near a E, F, R train. (Will be working near Queens Plaza - close to 7, G, N, W Queensboro Plaza/Court St Subway Stops as well)
Flexible, don't need large area or storage (no closet needed), just private area to sleep, bathroom access. occasional Kitchen access.
Typically only at apartment from 7pm to 7am work nights, later if playing volleyball. Minimal space required. Ideally could share an area/bedroom being used as a home office, I will NOT work from home while in NYC.
Could meet at a coffee shop and talk in person first before you need to share any details. I am an older Professional, took promotion in NYC, few more years before retirement. Currently renting farther out, not in a rush, would like to explore closer options for the right price.
Thanks Paul
