I'm currently looking for a room so I can save compared to renting my own apartment and I also don't plan on staying in Indiana long-term so Month 2 Month would be preferred (30 day vacate notice would of course be given)

I WORK NIGHT SHIFTS.....Want to be upfront, I work from 3:30pm to Midnight so I'm not around 12:30am but I'm quiet when coming home and usually play a video game with my headset on and then sleep til like 10am.

I have my own BBQ, but if you have one that I can use. I'll obviously pay for the propane I use (have a couple of my own tanks too)

Also, with posts I've seen.....I have to say that I do expect the ability to invite a platonic or romantic guest over when I want so long as we're quiet and courteous. Will never have anything close to a party as I do NOT party.
