Hello,
I am seeking a private room, backhouse or a reliable roommate to rent an apartment with. I am a working professional and graduate student seeking clean and respectful but open to socializing - not partying. (No smoking, vaping, no 420.) I enjoy working out and cooking, so seeking a like-minded housemate/roommate.
I have a quiet and well-behaved kitty, so must be ok with a cat. I do have an ESA letter for her.

I have a fridge and bed, so not looking for furnished unless there is a storage room; ideally seeking a rental that includes utilities (at least water and trash), in a quiet, non-smoking building. Prefer 1-year leases or longer, but open to 6 months. I work early mornings, so must have a quiet place to stay and study. Only looking for housing or roommates close to Burbank and its immediate areas. Unit should be a minimum of 1000 ft away from the nearest freeway.
