Looking for a New Home

Hi. My name is Drew. I am currently living near downtown Denver but am willing to move out of the area for the right situation. I am currently living in a temporary situation and am seeking a more permanent place to live.

Here's a little about me:

Ideally, if staying in Denver, I am looking for someplace within biking distance of the DPAC and the convention center or someplace on the light rail line. I'll consider other options though. But if you see this ad, and you aren't in Denver, it's because I listed your location as somewhere I would consider moving to in/near Portland Oregon and want to move closer to my family. So, please don't be shy.

I am not really into partying that much. I'll have a beer with my hamburger but getting high or drunk is not a regular thing for me and if I end up having roommates I would like them to have a similar lifestyle. I don't have any pets and my children are grown and not living with me. I'm clean but if it's a major incident for you if you find a crumb on the floor then I am not the person you want to live in your home.

On a side note. I take 'peaceful enjoyment' seriously. So, if you have a dog that is prone to attack people, or a boyfriend or family member who is overly disagreeable and subject to violent outbursts, then I wish you well on finding someone but I am not the person you want to live with.
