I am a professional male age 39 I am looking for a small or large room. I am available to move asap as my rent is already payed up for December. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 25 and 50 years old. I work full time as a maintenance technician for Toyota @ the port of Long Beach from 9am-5:30pm Monday through Friday with some overtime. I can do maintenance work for the apartment/house so that could be very helpful and save you a lot of time & money on repairs if needed :) I’m very easy going respectful & humble. Looking for a quiet place to relax after a long day of work. Im not into partying or drugs . Very active when not working. Love to run and go to the beach and detail my car.
