I am a student in my early 30s looking for a large room or casita with a private bathroom to myself.

I am available to move from: late October, 2026 - early or mid-November, 2026.
I’d prefer to live with women. But I’m flexible & open to staying with both men & women if need be. Preferably 26+ because I’m don’t want to live in a “party” environment. So I can focus. Same goes for pets, they’re not my preference. But again, I’m flexible enough if there are 1-2 in the household if I am a good match with the landlord + the other tenants.

I’m comfortable with being polite & cordial. Or giving others their space if they’re introverted.

I prefer an environment where we all:
—are respectful
—sanitary
—communicate in healthy ways
—are considerate of each other & make wise decisions that keep the environment safe for us all.

So pretty please no passive-aggressive or avoidant behavior and communication towards each other. To help keep the environment healthy for us all & to keep misunderstandings at a minimum or nonexistent. I’m empathetic & adaptable for others where it’s needed or fair. Happily. I’d like that energy reciprocated.

I’m not working right now to seriously give both school & therapy my all. Previously I was working as an esthetician for several years, but unfortunately I had to stop due to health issues. So I’m in school to shift careers.
Even though I’m not currently working I’m still financially stable & responsible. So if proof of income or a background check is required I don’t mind providing that information. And ultimately you’d be opening your home to me, not the other way around. So I have nothing to hide.
Even though I’m not working I still get out the house on a regular basis to:
—go on group hikes
—swim
—go to libraries or coffee shops all over town to switch up my study environment
—Therapy
—the gym
—parks to skate, meditate or journal
—go to a dance class sometimes

Past those activities I’m always working through a workbook geared towards my personal development because it genuinely is really fun to me. And because it’s how I nurture & pour into myself.

As far as cooking & laundry….
I only wash weekly. Typically on Friday or Saturday. If I need to adapt or be considerate of the other tenants schedules & wash on a different day, I can.
I also meal prep, so I cook 1x a week on Saturday or Sunday. It’s very rare for me to cook twice a week or on a weekday.
Again, if I need to adjust or adapt to the other tenants schedules, I’m flexible.
