Hi! I’m a 26 y o native New Yorker looking for a room in either Ridgewood, Bushwick, or Williamsburg for under $1600 all inc.

I work full time in music and can sort a guarantor.

I also leave for tour a few times a year and am quite tidy, with really lovely references from all my past roommates.

Looking for a place that is long term if we all gone well. Definitely need a window in my room and if in bk or queens. would love anywhere with a little yard or roof access.
