Looking to rent a room or apartment

Hi! I'm a friendly, non-smoking, quite and clean female tenant in my 30's. I tended to keep to myself and always pay my rent on time. I work from home and do freelance art on the side so i am home all day. I am also a homebody so again I have to stress that I am home all day. I do not have pets but love animals. I do have a large collection of anime things and sanrio things but I am very organized and keep everything in my room. I also enjoy gaming from time to time but I do so quietly. When it comes to conflict I prefer to speak things out and find solutions that work for all parties. I do have a direct style of communication and always discuss whats on my mind. I also do alot of self reflection/work so I do enjoy talking about life and things that of that nature. I am also LGBTQ+ and very open minded.

I work from home full time and my job requires alot of phone calls, I hope this isnt a bother. In addition because I work from home, I am home 99% of the time (sorry I really need to stress this as I do not want issues or anyone that does not vibe well with a roommate that is home all the time.)
