Pup is Eileen. She’s a rescue. (15lbs)
We recently moved from AZ to NC last year and are looking for a new place to stay.
Sapphire works retail and has been at her current job going on a year now. I currently receive SSI disability every month.
I am an open minded person and get along with most. Not down with a lot of hard drugs or partying around me much, although we are 420 friendly for sure. We are just looking for a no drama situation where we can be safe and focused on our career and life goals. Peace is preferable obviously, as we've run into a few issues with past room rentals and just want to live, work and enjoy life.
We're a quiet, respectful couple who have a quiet pup and we just want something clean, and a landlord who is reliable when it comes to issues around the property. Mutual respect is big for us.

I don’t exchange work around the house for rent, we prefer to keep to ourselves as we are just finding a temporary first place until we can move into a studio of our own, although it may be a little bit so we're looking to settle and work towards our goal somewhere safe.
