Seek bdm & own bath w/ accommodating, quiet F

I'm quiet, considerate, friendly, clean up after myself and contribute to keeping the common areas clean too. I'm a non-smoker & live a healthy lifestyle.

I took care of my mother for the last 11 years, up until she passed. I took care of her meals, medication, consulting with doctors, managed finances & more. So now, I'm looking for a comfortable & affordable place for just myself that's well-maintained & very peaceful.

Seeking to live with a quiet & aaccommodating housemate in an upscale neighborhood close to everyday essentials (Grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.)

Reason for moving:
- Need more space for my things.
- Desire upscale neighborhood.
- Ensuite bathroom desired
- Lower my housing costs
* My current housemate/ homeowner won't allow heater above 62°-67° in winter, which is too cold for me. Low 70's° is what feels comfortable for me.

If you have pets, I'm happy to house-sit, pet-sit/ offer dog walking while you're at work/or out of town. I currently walk the homeowner's sweet, loving Labrador (who I adore) on a regular basis and of course give her plenty of belly-rubs too!

I'm financially responsible & always pay rent on time.

I enjoy a glass of wine, but I'm not a heavy drinker. And I'm not religious either.

* Large closet or large bdrm or garage/storage space needed for suitcases.
