Exploring living options - new to the PNW

Hello! My name is Kelly, I am a remote working professional in Sales pursuing a coaching business on the side. I'm new to the PNW and intrigued with potential longer term living situations.

I'm currently in a furnished month to month, but curious about exploring more permanent solutions whether that be renting a place on my own or with others. 99% of my belongings are in a storage unit in Colorado and may or not not make make it permanently over here. Ultimately meaning I am indifferent if something is furnished or unfurnished given the situation.

A bit about myself - I'm social, yet respectable. I'm not a partier and typically go outside the home for socializing, but I do prefer having the option to have a friend come and stay occasionally.
I do view my home as a sacred space so I do enjoy keeping the peace within my home and keeping it tidy.

I have a 11 year old dog, Pickles, who is well behaved and doesn't shed. He spends most of his time near or by me and is not destructive. He gets along with both cats and dogs (was raised with 3 cats).
