Looking for a room 4 rent w/good faith male

I am a retired government 54 yr old black honest genuine gay man on a walker and a electric wheelchair. I use MTA Mobility and Taxi Access for transportation. I am fully capable of doing for myself. I just need bilateral hip surgery and I will be walking kike new I am interested in a private room or small apartment with a private bath and entrance to rent. I am clean, friendly, down to earth and pay my rent on time I am currently residing in a hotel. It's like a studio apartment/elevator. My reason on here is to find a house/apartment with a private bathroom and entrance for long term. I had a basement apartment and loved it.
