Looking for a room 4 rent w/good faith male

I am a retired government 54 yr old black gay man on a walker. I am fully capable of doing for myself. I just wanted to be honest and get all the kinks out first. I am interested in a private room or small apartment with a private bath to rent. I am friendly, down to earth. I am currently residing in a hotel as you can see from picture. It's like a studio apartment/elevator. My reason on here is to find a house/apartment long term where you have independence, a door, window and own furniture plus another friendly neighbor. Hopefully has a private entrance. Almost like a duplex. I had a basement apartment and loved it. The only question: Are stairs to get in house and to the room? If so, are their railings.
