Looking for large room with private bathroom LGBT

Hi! We are LGBTQ couple with small (very clean and friendly) dog. We are very respectful and clean. At the moment we are in our hometown in Europe but used to live in NYC for a couple of years and now looking for a place so we can come back. We both work in tech companies remotely and from time to time do music production.

We are looking for a private space with private bathroom. A backyard would be nice too, but it isn’t a requirement.

We prefer studio or 1 bedroom apartment.

You must be laid-back, chill, clean, and respectful. We prefer working professionals/students who are responsible and also love animals :)

Can make rent / utilities payments by Venmo or Zelle etc.

Please note: We sometimes have to take some calls during European time zone, which would be middle of the night/early morning in NY, so you would either have to be ok with this kind of schedule (if we are dealing with a room not the entire rental unit) and there is preferably some other space to do our work like basement or an additional office space, Or this is a entire rental unit so it doesn’t matter.

Not looking for agents, and don’t want to do the full on rental applications (1 year lease, good credit score, 40x rent, first month + last month + security deposit etc), only sublease agreements is ok.
