Neat professional looking for a room.

Hello, my name is Gregory, and I am looking for a new room for rent. A little bit about my background: I am a former civilian Special Ops for Search & Rescue, a lifeguard, an athletic coach, a commercial diver, a school teacher, and a touring live audio engineer.

Personally, I am an ocean and sports lover, and I am trying to spend as much time in the nature as I can. I live a very healthy, active, and a holistic lifestyle. I have a high level of a positive energy, and I have great communication, and solution-finding skills.

I am very low-maintenance, I have excellent standards for cleanliness, and I do take very good care of my surroundings. When I am at home, I just try to rest, and focus on studying. I do very light cooking, with morning smoothies being the most regular meal. My work, and college schedule varies from month to month. I do not have any pets, I do not smoke or drink, I do not use any substances, and I have a great attitude about life in general!

I am looking for a clean, and calm environment with roommates with common sense, good cleaning habits, and good communication skills. I look forward to hearing from you!
