Hello,

My name is Gregory, and I am looking for a room for rent.

A little bit about my background: I am a former civilian Special Ops Search & Rescue diver, and I am a fiercely dedicated Lifeguard- whether on duty or not. So Others May Live.

On a professional side I am involved with competitive level coaching for swimming and gymnastics, personal training, sports psychology, commercial diving, and live sound engineering. I am also pursuing a new college degree while doing sound for concerts, and touring with music bands as a live sound engineer.

Personally, I am an ocean and music lover. I live a very healthy, active, and a holistic lifestyle, I am substances-free, and I try to spend as much time in the nature as I can while being close with my family and friends. I am very organized, calm, emotionally stable, and I have great communication, and solution-finding skills.

As a roommate, I am very low-maintenance. I have excellent standards for cleanliness, and I do take very good care of my surroundings. I only do very light cooking, with morning smoothies being the most regular meal.

I am looking for a clean, safe, and calm environment with roommates with common sense, good cleaning habits, and good communication skills. If you like live music, sports, traveling, and Ocean life- that would definitely be a plus. If you think that this could be a good match, I look forward to hearing from you!
