I'm a native New Yorker and advertising researcher. I'm a nice, calm, easy-going, polite, and trustworthy single straight guy. Although not LGBTQIA+ and I don't have children/pets, I'm open-minded and friendly to all. Responsible and financially stable, I'm debt-free and pay rent/bills on time.

As both a day and night person, I live a simple, self-sufficient, and adaptable lifestyle with a more private personal life. Both introverted and extroverted, I balance alone time and socializing, but rarely have guests over. I don't cook, smoke, drink, or do drugs, but I do clean and chores to maintain common/my areas as needed. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, running, watching movies, and visiting museums/parks.

I'm a good roommate because I understand that communication is key in any relationship. If issues arise, then it's important discuss them openly and honestly in order to get to a solution agreeable to all, compromising as needed. I'm looking for a safe room or shared apartment rental with roommates in Downtown/Midtown/Upper West+East Manhattan NYC, specifically renting a small private bedroom. My budget is $1.3K/month and move-in date is 1/1/25 (both flexible). I'm open to apartment type, bedroom count, stay length, and amenities. However, I'm usually busy working full-time from home remotely, so would like a quiet apartment with good Internet access in order to have meetings/calls.
