Roomie that’s comfortable with pets

Hi. I’m looking for a roommate to move in with, and separately, someone to take over my current lease. I currently live in a 1bd1bth in southwest, but I would like to move to reduce my living costs. I’m open to anywhere where I can commute to OHSU (max 30 min). I have a cat and a large dog that are great roomies as well! I’d appreciate more space because I have pets to accommodate.

I’m looking for someone who’d also enjoy the company of my pets, appreciates personal time, is clean in shared spaces, and communicative.

I come with an apartment’s worth of furniture, a fleet of plants, and good vibes. I care a lot about making sure shared spaces are clean and reasonable for any other users. I’m a singer and dabble with some instruments, so I can be a bit louder when I play/sing. But I wouldn’t do so at odd hours of the night or at your request. I also use hair products that may have perfumey smells in case you are sensitive. I typically work M-F, 9-5 but have a very flexible schedule and can work from home. I am wanting to rest during the evenings. I try to be out and about with my dog during the weekends.
