I'm a busy weekday worker involved in all-hours film production. Looking for a quiet home environment without bad music and noise, but laughs and camaraderie welcome. I write and play guitar but use headphones re: the latter. Enjoy sleep but I love street noise. And animals. My 2month stay doesn't warrant yearly income inquiry. I can pre-pay if necessary and provide tax forms. No criminal record. I do a lot of editing on my computer and work on weekends. Definitely need a private bathroom, but shared kitchen is ok. Married to an Italian woman in Italy. In NYC for work.
