Looking for a room in Brooklyn/Bronx

Hello, my name is Zach. I'm 22 and use it/its pronouns. I'm gay and ace and tend to keep to myself, usually just listening to music or watching TV, 99% of the time with my headphones in as I don't like to be loud, especially late at night.
I'm looking for a place in Brooklyn, preferably close to the 2 or a train that connects to the 2, but I'll also take somewhere in the Bronx.

SMOKING: I smoke (marijuana and cigs, but cigs only outside) but I keep it in my room. If smoking is not allowed, I can handle that perfectly fine and will not smoke indoors.
PETS: I do not have any pets but love them.
UTILITIES: I'd prefer for utilities to be included. I don't need cable, though so if that's separate, I have my own TV and stuff.
CREDIT: I don't have a credit history (no credit card yet) and no guarantor, but I have people who can back up that I always pay before the due date (so if rent is due on the 1st, I try to have it there between the day before and 5 days before it's due, depending on what day my paycheck falls on).
ACCESSIBILITY: I have trouble walking up a lot of stairs, so I'd prefer to have an elevator. If no elevator, highest I can do is 2nd or 3rd floor.

I am an employed full-timer making roughly $1900-$2100-ish a month.
