Need Room/Discounted Rent For Help Situation

I had an ad up last Sept to move from my house in Citrus Heights that I had been renting for 9 years. I had decided to move to stop wasting all my money on outrageously high rent and instead spend it on more enjoyable things.

The room and situation I chose to move and live in was a huge mistake. The guy is an alcoholic with anger issues. He also lied about owning this house. He's just a terrible person in general. So, I'm looking for a new place.

I don't need the room to be furnished since I have more than enough furnishings. In fact, if you need anything for your house I probably have it! I have a very nice Corvette so I'd like garage or driveway parking.

Noise doesn't bother me. Loud TV or music doesn't bother me (I love music). Smokers don't bother me. Drinkers don't bother me as long as it's not out-of-control.

Just looking for one or two laidback reasonably sane roomies, female or male. And, I actually enjoy cleaning so that won't be a problem either. I keep to myself for the most part. I never have random people come over. I don't mind if you do just give me advanced notice. It's embarrassing walking into a kitchen in your jammies to a bunch of strangers that you had no idea were in there, haha.

My income is SSDI (for my back) plus freelance content writing and pet sitting (their home not mine). I put 750 max, that's WITH utilities and wifi included. I could also buy you $100 worth of food each month if the rent is $700 (I receive SNAP). However, a free rent or discounted rent for help with household chores, cleaning, errands/shopping, childcare, senior care, pet care, and house sitting would be perfect!
