Looking for Room/ Housing SF

Hello- I’m John Vincent,
I am looking for a new, peaceful place to live closer to the Ocean with access to Muni-and seeking a Work/Life balance with my new long term assignment at UCSF.

About Me: I can cover the full monthly rent.

Profession: Full time, Certified Welding inspector For both of the new buildings at UCSF-Parnassus, (Hospital addition, and Research/Education Center.) I have a background in Architecture but transitioned into working on the Construction Management side. My college years were at Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and have a 5-year Bachelor of Science in Architecture.


Lifestyle: Professional, Clean, Respectful, Independent and Dependable- My days during the week- begin early on the Job site, but also spend time with family and friends on the weekends.


Financials: I have steady income and can provide proof of employment, tax returns, or references.

Moving Because: Current roommate, is getting Married and just recently became Engaged with his S. O. //i. e. 2-bedroom /2-Bath we have in Bernal Heights, is just too small.
