Hello!

I am a 41 year old professional female seeking a small or large room with my own private bath for my Certified ESA and I. I am available to move ASAP or on 03/1/2024. I have a budget of $850/month with all utilities paid.

I am a Professional Hospice/Memory Care Provider who works 40+ hours a week, so finding a very quiet, safe, tranquil, drama free, no guests EVER or party environment that I will ALWAYS feel comfortable coming and going from is A MUST! No exceptions. I am an extremely clean, quiet, respectful and mindful person when it comes to my actions, so finding the same similarities in a potential housemate is a MUST also.

My ESA is a 15 year old Tabby/Coon mix. I adopted him when he was 5 years old. He is EXTREMELY well trained. I've never had a problem with him causing damage to any furniture, flooring etc in all the places I've lived in the past. He is VERY friendly and social and does like to talk, but mostly VERY vocal when he's hungry. Most of the time he just likes to keep to himself and stay in my room looking out the window and resting. Finding a housemate who is pet friendly/an animal lover is also a HUGE deal breaker for me.

I work in a VERY challenging profession daily, so having to worry about if the love of my life kitty is safe and comfortable in his environment while I am away is something I don't want to ever have to be stressing and worrying about.

I am absolutely head over heals in love with the profession I work in. I am strongly looking into entering myself into a nursing program where I would like to become a CNA/CHHA with a specialty degree in Hospice Care/Wound Care. I am an extremely sweet and kind hearted individual I have been told that always places others before myself.

I love to play board games, arts and crafts, Super Nintendo, cook/make healthy snacks and meals, go on walks/hikes, and watch comedy/romance/action movies. I LOVE Mediterranean and Mexican food and sitting down to dive into a really good book... especially on a cold rainy day.
