Hi There! I am looking for a room (ideally furnished) to rent. I'm very easy-going and drama-free . I keep common areas clean and am a minimalist. I enjoy getting to know my roommates, but I'm also very independent. I work as a consultant (HR/Strategy) and a filmmaker. I LOVE sports and try to play tennis, volleyball and basketball pretty regularly. I love strategic board games and I love films.
I have lived in communities with as few as 4 roommates to those as large as 26. I have great roommate references and always pay rent on time. I'm an open book, so feel free to ask any questions should you have them!
