Quiet, neat retired female - long term room share

My sister, Jill, had a stroke in 2022 and has a communication deficit (aphasia). She is otherwise physically healthy. Jill will be a quiet, clean, respectful roommate. A family member will pick Jill up several times a week for speech therapy and other appointments. She does not drive. Jill has a guaranteed monthly SS income (disability). Jill's preference is a private home with a private bathroom in the north valley. Thank you for considering my sister as a roommate.
