My name is Miguel, I am a Professional 47 Male seeking a nice room and roommate(s) to help each other out. I am clean and responsible, I will appreciate the same. No Parties, No Drama, and No Hard Drugs. Smoking Cigarettes and is okay, but please do it outside.

I work (Mon - Fri/ 7am - 4pm).
I believe that a healthy roommate(s) relationship can last longer than some actual couples relationship nowadays. lol

I have a furry companion with me, Her name is CANELA, aka "Cinnamon". She's an American Bully, recently turned two and her Birthday is on Valentine's day, how cool is that!?! She is very peaceful and quiet, well mannered.

Canela is both kennel trained and potty trained, when I am at work Canela stays inside of her kennel (safe zone) and sleep a solid 12 hours straight, So she makes no noise. BTW I do leave her kennel gate open so she is able to access her food and water bowl. She gets along well with other animals including cats. She is very good with children and such a cuddle bug, she absolutely loves her belly rubs. She's Up-to-date with her vaccinations too.

If possible, I'm interested in a room with private bathroom, otherwise sharing is okay. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter.
