Teacher Looking for Room with Private Bathroom

I’m a teacher looking for a place closer to my workplace in Chandler.

I’m reliable, respectful, financially-responsible, debt-free, drama-free, and orderly.

I have a steady job, excellent credit, and pay on time, if not early.

No kids of my own or pets. 
I don’t smoke or drink or party.

I’m looking to rent a private room with (ideally) a private bath in a house that has full appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, etc.), and full access to the shared common spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard, etc). Available extra storage would be great.

Price should include all utilities, including wifi. If there’s an option for a furnished room, please let me know!

Preferred Setup:

- Female housemates
- No house pets due to allergies
- Storage available
