I am currently looking for a private studio/guesthouse/adu preferably but open to a private bed/bath if I have kitchen access. Month to month only. Long-term. No credit check. Background check okay. Looking to move in 6/1/2026.

Pet: My dog is a mutt (looks like cross between chihuahua/bulldog/jack russel) he’s short and long. He’s a senior dog, housebroken, is quiet (only barks at door knocks), about 20lbs and stays in my room until I take him for his daily walks. I like to leave music or some kind of sound on for him but low when I am not home and AC on hot days. (open to paying higher electricity bill in Summer for all day AC)
About me: My name is Kay, Female and I’m 32.
I work FT Monday-Friday. I do come and go a lot so parking needs to be plentiful or designated, hassle-free and accessible.
Some hobbies: Going to concerts/shows, hanging out with my friends, trying new bars/restaurants, anything nature related, reading/writing, chilling with my dog at home, shopping, lots of other stuff too!
Amenities looking for -
*Washer/Dryer in unit preferred but will consider an on-site one *Personal kitchen w/oven preffered but open to shared kitchen use as well. *Easy, ample parking to come & go constantly *Guests and overnight guests must be allowed. This is non-negotiable for me. * I smoke wax so it is odorless, must be able to smoke in my room or unit. I do not smoke cigs or flower (weed that smells). *Privacy - no shared walls preferably *NO BUG ISSUES!! Any place I’ve seen a roach/waterbug I am out within the week. Absolutely no roach, bug, pest issues currently or regularly. -Working and functional amenities, no wiring/electricity/water issues etc., working AC and heater
