Looking for private studio/guest house/adu

I am currently looking for a private studio/guesthouse/adu styled home starting April 1st 2025. Month to month only. No credit check. Background check okay.

For the right privacy, safety and respectfulness with all the amenities listed below I will pay up to $2,000 Utilities and internet must be included, no hidden extra fees.
MUST HAVE ALL AMENITIES LISTED BELOW.

Deposit: Open to discussion, negotiable, we can come to an agreement

Pet: My dog is a mutt (looks like cross between chihuahua/bulldog/jack russel) he’s short and long. He’s 12 years old, housebroken, is quiet (only barks at door knocks), about 20lbs and stays in my room until I take him for his daily walks. I have a camera to watch over him whenever I am out.
I like to leave music or some kind of sound on for him but low when I am not home and AC on hot days.

About me: My name is Kay, Female and I’m 31.

I work FT Monday-Friday. I do come and go a lot so parking needs to be plentiful or designated, hassle-free and accessible.

Some hobbies: Going to concerts/shows, hanging out with my friends, trying new bars/restaurants, anything nature related, reading/writing, chilling with my dog at home, shopping, lots of other stuff too!

Amenities looking for -

*Washer/Dryer in unit preferred but will consider an on-site one
*Kitchen w/ full oven (i am a baker, this is a must)
*Easy, ample parking to come & go constantly
*Guests and overnight guests must be allowed. This isn’t a daily thing with how much i work, 3-6 times a month.
* I have no issue smoking in my car and I smoke wax so it is odorless and non-lingering.
*Privacy - no shared walls preferably
*NO BUG ISSUES!! Any place I’ve seen a roach/waterbug I am out within the week. Absolutely no roach, bug, pest issues currently or regularly.
-Working and functional amenities,
no wiring/electricity/water issues etc., working AC and heater

**Bonuses would be Pool/Jacuzzi, Gym & Furnished**

I also do flexible work where I assist business owners with their social media management, content creation or virtual assistant needs, if you are a business owner we could possibly work together as well.
