Hi,

I will be in the NYC area again (October 15th - November 15th) to enjoy all the wonderful things it has to offer, i. e., Argentine Tango Classes.

Regarding what you can expect from having me as a temporary flatmate. I can email you a link to thirty-four 5-star reviews from various Airbnb hosts. A few other tidbits: I am a single retired lady who lived at 280 West St from 1974 to 2018. As an environmental/political/animal rights activist for 44 yrs --Trump becoming POTUS for the first time was enough for me to give up my fabulous rent-stabilized apt. Got rid of everything I owned (narrowed my life down to 4 suitcases), got a 1-year French visa to live with my tribe (Democratic Socialist). One last tidbit...I do not smoke or drink alcohol, and I do not have any pets (due to my love of traveling).

Since I am currently in Tbilisi, Georgia, and unable to see the bedroom, bath, and kitchen you are renting, I would be interested in scheduling a video call on WhatsApp.
