Searching for Roommate/Room/Apartment for rent

Hello🙂 We are Stacie and Kirsten, a couple, mid 20s and mid 30s. We work full-time at the Amazon Delivery Station behind the Burbank Airport. Overnight shift. 3:20am to 11:50am. As you can imagine, we're definitely appreciative of your ideal quiet hours. I follow the sun. As it sets, my energy starts to dwindle with it.

After work we're most likely taking a nap, working on our entrepreneurial projects, at the gym, on a run walk or hike, playing games, or binging a series from our childhood.

I'm not a fan of cooking, so if I am cooking, it's most likely a meal prep situation I can do in the oven. Kirsten enjoys cooking and I help by cleaning as she cooks. We value keeping the common areas clean for the next person to enjoy.

We do not have a car. Our objective is to find a living situation where we can save up enough money to buy a car outright, fund our entreprenurial projects, and start traveling, without breaking the bank. California is getting expensive!

Socially we are usually to ourselves, but not anti-social. Warm and friendly personalities. Lately we've just been focusing inward and focused on our projects. Kirsten is creating a podcast and a holistic skincare practice. I am creating a self development youtube channel and relaunching a clothing brand. Parties are cool, but it won't be us bringing it home lol.

This isn't our first time living with roommates, so we understand the common sense of communication, quiet hours, clean neutral areas, and locked doors.

Kirsten used to smoke but it's caused her problems with anxiety. So, I wouldn't say she's still a smoker. She takes monthly hiatuses often.

Anyway, let me know if you feel we should meet and see the place! I understand it needs to feel like a fit for you as well.

We're looking to move by June 1st.
