Looking to rent a semi-furnished room with shared space for long term (at least 1 year) with potential option to renew. My budget is $1,300 to include rent and utilities, request a private bathroom, happy to share a bathroom. The ideal space would have lots of natural light, good WiFi (since I work from home 90% of the time), in-house laundry, and is located in a neighborhood close to a subway stop and have basic amenities like a grocery store, park area, cafés/restaurants close by. I don’t mind a busy neighborhood as long as it is quiet during the evenings. I have a very friendly and easy-going cat who is known to get along well with everyone, humans and furry friends alike! I do have allergies and asthma and would appreciate a clean space. I keep things neat and tidy, and I am highly respectful of other people’s things and space as well. I do enjoy cooking at home and eating all types of food. My ideal roommate/ housemate(s) would also be respectful and pleasant to be around. I don’t smoke or do drugs, I would really need a smoke-free environment.
