Please Read my entire ad Carefully

My Dad is retired collecting social security.

I am a veteran on disability.

I want to be somewhere that is safe and has a grocery store walking distance close by.

I can be social or keep to myself.

I'm a bit of a clean freak and I prefer to take the trash out daily.

Update April 20th:

I found a roommate, but I don't like the living arrangement being responsible for his 60 pound pitbull that needs a muzzle and a choking collar to go outside. I think she pulls hard, and if you're an experienced expert dog handler who is trained with aggressive pitbulls, then feel free to reach out to my roommate to take my place lol.

She has too much energy for me to keep up with her and I feel guilty anytime I go to my room and ignore her.

My roommate is an awesome cool guy, so if things were different, then I could see us being roommates, but oh well! This is Not what I want so I need to find something else now!

I don't have a car, so I have some challenges with this move.

I will be putting my stuff in storage until I can figure out what area or neighborhood best suits my lifestyle/ desires.

I'm open to new places and experiences n people. I want to make healthier choices, so whatever path I take needs to be better for my mind and body than what I've been doing back in New Jersey & everywhere else Before that.

I've been all over the place working in the military overseas and bounced around living in NYC , Orlando , Puerto Rico.....

I think I get along best with really chill laid back people.

But if you're not a clean person then I will probably call you a nasty civilian 😂 I call my roommate Nasty Navy cuz I cleaned his whole house n garage.

I like having my space/ I like The Space to Feel Spacious.

If you're both using the kitchen or dining room at the same time , then where you place things matter because of foot traffic.

My roommate Liked how I rearranged his girlfriend's table because I made it more spacious than how he had it.

If you or your life is a "hot mess" then I am happy to help. I should start a consulting business lol. Lots of people tell me that I need to write a book.

But what exactly do I want and what makes me happy? That is the Question.....

Happy to make new connections and answer any questions.

I guess ideally I would want roommates who also like making healthier choices.

Would I prefer a roommate who drinks n smokes all day vegetating in front of the TV watching movies or playing videogames all day???

Or would I want a roommate who wants to go hiking or go to a meditation/ yoga activity together??

If you keep a bunch of junk food in the house then I will be tempted to eat the same crap as you do.

But if a person Is vegetarian/ vegan then I will at least be more conscious about my own food choices.
