Hi there! I’m an educational support professional and creative working in NYC/NJ. I’m looking for a private room with a move-in date between mid and late October. My daily routine keeps me out of the house for most of the day, and when I am home, I’m very low-key—usually relaxing, cooking a quick meal, or unwinding with a creative project.

I treat shared spaces with complete respect: I clean up immediately after myself, keep common areas tidy, and value direct, easygoing communication with housemates.

I have one sweet, well-behaved, indoor-only adult cat who is clean, litter-trained, and mostly stays relaxed in my room.

Open to flexible setups (month-to-month, short-term sublet, or 6–12 months).
