Looking for furnished room in West Side Manhattan

Hi! I've been living on the Upper West Side for the past three years and now I am looking for a furnished room with a move-in date in September. I'm hoping to find a clean, comfortable, and respectful place to call home.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
- Furnished room
- Private bathroom or bathroom shared with only 1 other person
- Air conditioning and heating
- Laundry in the building
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Fast Wi-Fi
- Possibly gym in the building or nearby

PREFERRED NEIGHBORHOODS:
My first choice is the Upper West Side, but I'm also happy to consider:
- Lincoln Square
- Hell's Kitchen
- Chelsea
- Greenwich Village
- Clinton (Midtown West)

A LITTLE ABOUT ME:
I'm a full-time healthcare professional. I was born and raised in Europe and have dual Polish and U. S. citizenship.
I'm respectful, responsible, clean, and easy to live with. I value a peaceful home, keep shared spaces tidy, and always pay my rent on time. I enjoy getting to know the people I live with while also respecting everyone's privacy and personal space.
Outside of work, I enjoy working out, exploring the city, reading, watching movies, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and spending time outdoors.
