I am a male looking for a single private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) that is not in a basement, and has a window, and a locking door, and is located in a house or apartment (walk-up or elevator) that has a bathroom, and a kitchen, and a living room. I will pay up to $1000 a month rent (with or without utilities included) and one month's security deposit with an independant renter only, please (no brokers). I am looking to move in October 1,, but can move in earlier if available, and I am looking for a long-term residence (one year), but I will accept a shorter term, if available. I work a full-time independent contracting job (I am a Shipt shopper), and I also occasionally work from home as a reseller on Ebay. I do not have any pets, I do not smoke or take drugs,, I do not have loud parties or play loud music, and I do not have overnight guests. I am a clean, quiet, respectful, responsible, and "drama-free" professional, and I would expect my roommates to be clean, quiet, respectful, responsible, and "drama-free", as well.
