Working, Considerate, 34f

Hi, my gf and I are looking for a private room for rent. We both work full time at the Amazon Delivery Station by the Burbank Airport. Our budget is $1800, depending on how close to work the rental is.

This isn't our first time with roommates, so we understand the common courtesies of keeping the shared spaces neutral and clean, communication, locked doors, etc.

We're both social, but have been focused on our entrepreneurial projects. So we're pretty quiet and focused. We work overnight from 3am-1150am. We look at home as a place to unwind and recharge. Social, but we wont be bringing the party home.

If we aren't napping after work, we're either at the gym, on a hike, at the beach, at a coffee shop, on a date, or binge watching something.

We're looking for a situation that would allow us to save to buy a car outright, fund our entrepreneurial projects, and travel more.
