PhD student looking for a Furnished Room 🪻🩵

I am a doctoral student researching and teaching theatre. I'm looking for a furnished room - from early August (move-in around the 7th) until December. Preferred neighborhoods are UWS, West Harlem, Hamilton Heights, and Washington Heights, but I'm open if other conditions match.

I am a respectful and tidy person, who values *cleanliness* and open communication. I'll be mostly occupied with work, either staying in my room or outside; I'm an introvert but sociable and warm in nature! I've always got along very well with my roommates 🙃

I am very allergic to cats - sorry 😿
