I am 1 female person 73 years young who wants to rent 1 extra-large room or 2 small rooms or guesthouse for a bedroom and work space.
House-share, house-rent, or house-sit, flexible beginning October 15, 2025, November 1 at the latest, prefer to stay at minimum 6-7 months, through end of May 2026.

I am a self-employed leadership and professional development consultant and coach, writer, former business consultant, former real estate broker. I work mainly from home researching, reading, writing, corresponding with clients via email, phone or online video Zoom, or at their business location, never in my home.

I taught meditation for many years (Silva UltraMind ESP) and at local libraries (references) and meditate daily and appreciate a mellow household. I like positive input around me and try to do the same for others.

Prefer a household that has a quiet time during sleeping hours; I do not do well living with night owls who are active and noisy late at time.
Slight preference to not live in the loudest areas of Phoenix metropolitan area, as identified by National Noise Transportation Map.
