Seeking Private Room & Private Bath

I did my best to cover any/ all questions that might come up.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas.
Currently open to a new change of space/environment.
There is quite a few options, doesn’t hurt to see if there might be a better fit.

• What I’m looking for:
PRIVATE ROOM unfurnished preferred
PRIVATE BATHROOM
an ATTACHED Bathroom would be even better.
(Shared) bathroom dynamics are a deal breaker for me.

• Ideal living arrangement:
To share the space with 1 other person, 2 at most.

•The Property:
House or Townhome
- More space / Backyard aspect ☀️

• Location:
My absolute favorite location is near Red Rock. I love nature🌳 However, I’m open to most locations (Henderson, Summerlin, Southwest)

Most important thing to me is finding a good fit, with a nice atmosphere.
Im down to earth, considerate, and helpful in the aspect of (bringing mail/packages and assisting with something that might come up when you’re not home etc or out of town.

Im on the go quite a bit.
I live a productive/ active lifestyle (yet at the same time) enjoy relax time too.

I clean up after myself and love to organize. I’m respectful and mindful of boundaries/privacy when sharing a space.

• My Work Schedule:
Dayshift: 11-12 hours out of the home on my work days.

• Current living status:
Renting month to month.
I’ve had some awesome roommate dynamics, as well periods living solo over the years. Benefits to both.
Can’t ignore the fact Inflation is outrageous
(Renting has been ideal in this time) Cutting down on paying all the bills solo, is mutually beneficial.
Why do it on your own, if you DON’T have to☺️

Potential Roommate:
Someone that’s also down to earth, kind, wants to benefit from having a roommate not necessarily (needing one)
Likes a clean space.
Communicates easily and effectively. Positive mindset type. Gratitude is everything.

Anyone that’s had a roommate before understands the basics…
•Having space in the kitchen for dry food-goods, space in the fridge and freezer. Or shoot, I could buy a fridge for the garage if you’d prefer. I’m open, just want to feel welcome☺️

• Pets:
I don’t have any pets.
However, I love them!!! So If you do, that’s alright with me☺️

• Monthly Pricing:
Dependent on…
Location, size of room, bathroom attached or not, closet, gym, pool, backyard, balcony, parking, storage, privacy, garage.
• (All spaces/ options are very different) I can adjust pay-wise, depending on what’s available.

•ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED Preferred

• Month to Month renting arrangement.
Minimum one month notice, on either side.
- No one likes awkward situations, with that in mind… If for any reason it ends up not being a good fit in either side, no hard feelings there.
