Seeking Private Room / Private Bath

I did my best to cover any/ all questions that might come up.

I was born and raised in Las Vegas.
Im currently open to the possibility of a roommate dynamic -If it seems like a good fit-

• What I’m looking for:
PRIVATE ROOM unfurnished preferred
PRIVATE BATHROOM
(ATTACHED Bathroom, would be even better)
• Ideal living arrangement:
To share the space with 1 other person, 2 at most.

•The Property:
House or Townhome
- More space / Backyard☀️

• Location:
My favorite location is near Red Rock. I love nature🌳 However, I’m open.

Most important thing to me is finding a good fit, nice atmosphere.
Im down to earth, considerate, and helpful (bringing in mail/packages and assisting with things that might come up when you’re not home or out of town etc.

Im on the go quite a bit.
I live a productive/active lifestyle (yet at the same time) enjoy recharge/relax time too.

I clean up after myself and love to organize. I’m respectful and mindful of boundaries/privacy when sharing a space.

• My Work Schedule:
Dayshift: 11-13 hours out of the home on my work days.

• My current living status:
-Apartment- my lease is set to end mid August.
I’ve had some awesome roommate dynamics, as well as periods living solo over the years. Benefits to both.
Can’t ignore the fact Inflation is outrageous.
Having a roommate dynamic is ideal in cutting down on unnecessary expenses, and would be mutually beneficial to all involved.

Potential Roommate:
Someone that’s also down to earth, wants to benefit from having a roommate not necessarily (needing one)
Likes a clean space.
Communicates with ease, positive mindset type. Gratitude is everything.

• Pets:
I don’t have any pets.
However, I love them!!! So If you do, that’s alright, not a deal breaker ☺️

• Monthly Pricing:
Negotiable, Dependent on…
Location, size of room, bathroom attached or not, closet, gym, pool, backyard, balcony, parking, storage, privacy, garage.
• (All spaces/ options are very different) I can adjust price-wise, depending on what’s available/ offered.
•ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED Preferred

• Month to Month renting arrangement.
Minimum one month notice, on either side.
- No one likes awkward or forced situations, with that in mind…
If for any reason it ends up not being a good fit (on either side)
no hard feelings there.
